Office Manager - Accountant
Roger came to Oakes & Associates in November of 2002. Roger attended Oklahoma Panhandle State University and the University of Oklahoma with emphasis in agronomy and accounting. Roger has many years of farming experience as he has operated his own farm north of Guymon.
Janelle came to Oakes & Associates in July 1984. Janelle received a bachelor's in accounting and computer science at Oklahoma Panhandle State University. Janelle Janelle enjoys being with family and attending church.
Comptroller - Accountant
Staff Accountant
Shey came to Oakes & Associates in May 2010. She received a Bachelor of Accountancy from New Mexico State University.
Her primary areas of practice include small business taxation and accounting, and general bookkeeping. She is proficient with QuickBooks. She enjoys working with a variety of different types of companies.
Shey is an active mother of 2 boys. She attends every sporting and school event. She enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 sons.
Staff Accountant
Josh came to Oakes & Associates in 2010. He received his Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from Oklahoma State University.
Josh regularly works on income tax for businesses and individuals, and personal tax return. Josh enjoys working closely with his clients to ensure they are accurately and timely keeping their book.
Josh is happily married. He is a proud father of 3 sons, and a proud grandfather to one beautiful granddaughter. He enjoys golfing, laughing, spending time with family, and watching movies.
Staff Accountant
Jeri came to Oakes & Associates in 2004. She received a bachelor’s in accounting from Oklahoma Panhandle State University.
Jeri prepares personal income tax returns as well as business tax returns. She also provides a wide range of monthly accounting for companies from a wide range of industries. Jeri is proficient in Quickbooks.
Jeri enjoys many outdoor activities such as going to the lake and fishing.
Comptroller
Anitta came to Oakes & Associates in 2007. Anitta attended Northwestern Oklahoma State University studying secretarial and business. Also, Anitta attended Oklahoma Panhandle State University studying elementary education.
Anitta is in charge of office payroll and changes in the status of insurance agent. Anitta responsible for daily matching of cash, checks, and credit card deposits.
Anitta loves spending time with family especially her 2 granddaughters! She is an active member of her church. She enjoys playing games on her Kindle, and in the future wants to be a quilter.
Staff Accountant
Administrative Assistant
Terri came to Oakes & Associates in December 2012. Terri responsibilities include client payrolls and monthly, and annual payroll taxes in compliance with all Federal State, and Local regulations. During the busy tax season, Teri is occupied with processing tax returns. She also assists client’s needs.
Terri came with 35+ years of office experience including Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, Executive Secretary, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Inventory, and Purchasing. Terri enjoys photography, wood carving, cake decorating, and reading.
Support Staff
Samuel joined the firm in February 2016 and works part time. He assists with filing, data entry and all office tasks as needed.
Cynthia joined the firm in January 2018. . She received a bachelor’s in accounting and business finance from Oklahoma Panhandle State University.
